Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays may occur from time to time.
Our shipper cannot ship to an incomplete address or any box-type address including PO/APO/FPO. The company will not be responsible for failure or delay in shipment of any orders placed with incomplete or box-type addresses. We recommend providing a nearby landmark for easy location of address by our logistic partner’s. Additionally, we will only ship to pin codes covered by our logistic partner’s.
We at Nutragenesis Private Limited ensure our products maintain the highest standard of quality and are placed in the hands of end consumers as early as possible. We do not entertain cancellation of orders and return of products. Hence, orders once placed cannot be cancelled and we do not accept the return of the product’s sold.
All the products are checked before packaging and we do not ship damaged products. We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasions, products can be damaged in transit. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen merchandise.
In exceptional circumstances company may at its sole discretion replace the damaged product or provide a refund to the buyer on providing the necessary documents as required by the company.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card/ credit in the bank account used for the original purchase only after the investigation is done & after the final decision is taken by Nutragenesis Private Limited.
Please allow at least 20 days for the reimbursement credit to appear in your bank account.
